In the heart of Rybnik-Stodowa, where modernity intertwines with culinary tradition, we are honored to invite you to a special event - Goose Menu for St. Martin's Day.

Goose meat on St. Martin

Under the slogan “Celebrate with tradition, taste with class,” we would like to present a combination of traditional flavors of Polish cuisine with a touch of modernity and elegance.

 

Goose Menu – commemorative insert available from November 11:

Appetizer – start with spiciness 69.00 00zł
Croquet with goose meat. A delicate combination of goose, pickled white cabbage and tartar sauce.

Soup – traditional warming 65.00 00zł
Goose bouillon – traditional warming bouillon, the deep flavor of which is enriched by potato dumplings with goose meat.

Main course – a culmination of flavors 79.00 00zł
Ragout of goose gizzards – an aromatic stew, served with herb gnocchi prepared according to a traditional recipe, perfectly matching the intense flavor of the ragout.
